{"id":17,"date":"2005-07-13T07:41:12","date_gmt":"2005-07-13T02:41:12","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/neopagan.net\/blog\/?p=17"},"modified":"2005-07-13T07:41:12","modified_gmt":"2005-07-13T02:41:12","slug":"dark-fluffies%e2%80%94threat-or-menace","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/neopagan.net\/blog\/2005\/07\/13\/dark-fluffies%e2%80%94threat-or-menace\/","title":{"rendered":"Dark Fluffies\u00e2\u20ac\u201dThreat or Menace?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>While reading a well-known Pagan website earlier today, I ran across a clueless teen whose writing at first seemed very similar to that of a classic Pagan Fluffy Bunny (as discussed in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neopagan.net\/Making-Fauna-Pagans.html\">Making Fauna Pagans<\/a>  and at my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cafepress.com\/ibonewits\/400477\">Cafe-Press store).<\/a> But as I read on, I slowly realized that I had discovered a whole new subspecies!<\/p>\n<p>This kid wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t clueless and innocent, he was clueless and Evil! He managed to crank out page after page of pretentious drek about \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Vampyres\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Dark Paganism\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Other-Kin.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Much of this read like softcore <a href=\"http:\/\/www.neopagan.net\/Enemies.html\">Satanism,<\/a> only without the Christian Anti-God. He was so shallow, he made the mainstream Satanists look deep.
